Beau’s Beaver River I.P.Eh?

This came into my local LCBO this week. I have been dying to try this. I’ve been really impressed with this Brewery so far.

Here is some info on the beer:
5.5%, made with North America 2 row barley, 2 types of hops – Pacific Gem and Summit, 53 IBUs and comes in a 600ml bottle

And my review:
Appearance: copper gold with a nice off white head, great lacing
Aroma: Very Citrus, some pine and biscuit and some floral notes.
Taste: Similar to the aroma – strong citrus and pine, some caramel sweetness.
Mouthfeel: Medium Carbonation and  medium body.
Finish: Bitter lingering finish.

Overall a great IPA and easily drinkable. Not to bitter but the bitterness is definitely present and bold.
